HPL furniture is easy to clean, hygienic and chemically resistant. Stainless steel furniture is particularly robust and also chemically resistant. Both materials are suitable for cleanrooms; the choice depends on the area of application and the project budget.

HPL furniture is suitable for clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals and industrial environments where high standards of hygiene and durability are required.

We offer various locking systems, from classic cylinder locks and electronic RFID solutions to digital systems that can be integrated into existing access control systems.

Depending on the design, our furniture is suitable for cleanroom classes from ISO 5 to ISO 9 and for GMP classes E to B. The respective suitability is already taken into account in the planning phase.

Our furniture is manufactured in accordance with the relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 14644, GMP and VDI 2083. This makes them suitable for all common cleanroom environments.

The ISO classes define the purity of the air based on particle numbers. The GMP classes also take into account hygiene and product safety requirements. ISO 5 corresponds approximately to GMP class B.

On request, we can supply furniture in an electrically conductive version. These safely dissipate electrostatic charges and are therefore suitable for ESD areas.

Our furniture is made of high-quality HPL surfaces and robust edges that are resistant to solvents and disinfectants. They meet all the requirements for use in hygienically sensitive areas and retain their quality for many years, even with regular cleaning.

Cleanroom furniture should be cleaned and disinfected with lint-free cloths and mild cleaning agents and disinfectants (including those containing chlorine and peracetic acid). Wipe the surfaces evenly and avoid abrasive agents to maintain the smooth surface in the long term.

Alcohol-based or pH-neutral cleaning agents and disinfectants that are approved for HPL or stainless steel surfaces are suitable. Once your order has been received, technical clarification and approval planning take place. Production of the furniture then begins. Once production is complete, the furniture is delivered on time and assembled by our specialist staff.

Yes. Installation is carried out exclusively by our own experienced specialist staff or by trained partners who are familiar with our systems and quality standards.

Yes. We use materials from responsible forestry, offer certified products for DGNB, LEED and BREEAM and produce CO₂-neutrally in Germany.

Yes. Our installation teams speak German and have a very good command of English. This ensures smooth communication on the construction site.

Yes. Assembly is carried out in accordance with GMP requirements. We pay attention to clean, documented execution and compliance with all relevant guidelines.

Depending on the scope and size of the project, the time span from approval of the drawings to completed installation is around six to twelve weeks. The exact process is planned individually and agreed with you at an early stage.

Our furniture is delivered pre-assembled and packaged for safe transportation and cleaning. Larger projects are delivered on palletized units to ensure quick and clean assembly.
