Structure and materials

 

B-Bambino Classic consists of 13 mm thick HPL solid core panels, which are characterized by water resistance, rot resistance and high resistance to damage.
The material surfaces are easy to clean, robust and specially developed for daily use in daycare centers.
Child-friendly safety is the focus: All corners of the elements are rounded with a 33 mm radius to avoid the risk of injury.

Safety functions for children

 

The system has comprehensive safety finger pinch protection:

  • 20 mm wide finger pinch protection profile on the stop side

  • Continuous aluminum finger protection tube on the hinge side

B-Bambino Classic is TÜV-tested and GS-certified, which means it meets the highest safety and functionality requirements.
The door operation is also designed with safety in mind – either with a nylon safety ring handle or with colorful, child-friendly handle worlds.

Variants and equipment

 

The system is fitted with aluminum feet and a nylon bell rosette as standard.
The foot clearance is 120 mm and ensures a height suitable for children and optimum cleaning options.
Special systems and different foot clearance heights are available on request to meet individual requirements.

B-Bambino Classic is ideal for sanitary areas in kindergartens, daycare centers and other facilities for children – robust, safe and visually versatile.

Bambino adult cabin

 

The Bambino adult cubicle is the perfect addition for facilities that require a comfortable solution for educators and childcare staff in addition to child-friendly toilet cubicles. It can be used in combination with B-Bambino Classic and B-Bambino Exclusive and incorporates the tried-and-tested Bambino safety concept including the safety package. Specially cranked safety ring handles with rubber stop and safety locking lever are used for operation, which supports safe, long-lasting use in daily operation. Alternatively, the cabin can be equipped with a nylon handle set including locking mechanism to further adapt handling to the requirements on site.

B-Bambino is a specially developed Restroom Partition System for kindergartens, daycare centers, crèches and childcare facilities. The system combines maximum safety, child-friendly design and high robustness and is ideal for sanitary areas that are used intensively by children on a daily basis.

B-Bambino consists of 13 mm thick HPL solid core panels. HPL is special:

  • Water and moisture resistant
  • Resistant to knocks and scratches
  • Hygienic and easy to clean

This makes B-Bambino ideal for permanent use in kindergarten sanitary facilities.

B-Bambino is available in two main lines:

Both versions are based on the same safety-tested basic system made of 13 mm HPL.

The B-Bambino Exclusive line offers child-friendly theme worlds that make sanitary areas a playful experience and facilitate orientation. Available themes include

  • Knight’s castle
  • Safari
  • Aquarius
  • Bianco (blobs or numbers)

The themes are implemented using high-quality digital prints, specially shaped handles and coordinated colors.

B-Bambino meets the highest safety requirements for children’s facilities. The key safety features include

  • Tested finger pinch protection on hinge and stop side
  • Rounded corners (radius up to 33 mm)
  • Doors opening outwards only
  • Specially cranked safety ring handles with rubber stop

The system is TÜV-tested, GS-certified and complies with GUV specifications.

B-Bambino is dimensioned to suit the age group. Typical system heights are between 1100 mm and 1400 mm.
