Structure and materials

 

D-Bambino Classic consists of 30 mm thick solid chipboard panels with a hard-wearing melamine resin surface. All visible edges have robust ABS edging, which provides impact-resistant protection and contributes to the durability of the system.
To prevent injuries, all corners of the partition wall elements are rounded to a radius of 33 mm. This means that the system meets the requirements for child-friendly safety and durability.

Safety and ease of use

 

The partition wall system is equipped with comprehensive safety finger trap protection:

  • 20 mm wide finger pinch protection profile on the stop side

  • Continuous aluminum finger protection tube on the hinge side

D-Bambino Classic is TÜV-tested and GS-certified, which guarantees maximum safety in the nursery area.
Both a nylon safety ring handle and the colorful handle worlds are available for door operation.

Variants and equipment

 

The feet are made of high-quality aluminum and are equipped with a nylon bell rosette.
Special systems and special color variants can be implemented on request, so that the system can be optimally adapted to the design concept of the facility.
D-Bambino Classic is ideal for sanitary areas in kindergartens, daycare centers or preschools – safe, functional and visually appealing to children.

Bambino adult cabin

 

The Bambino adult cabin extends D-Bambino Classic with a functional cabin solution for educators and staff that can be integrated into the overall concept in a visually and technically coherent way. It can be realized in combination with D-Bambino Classic and also includes the safety package, so that the safety standards of the Bambino line are consistently continued. The equipment includes specially cranked safety ring handles with rubber stop and a safety locking lever, which are designed for intensive everyday use in children’s facilities. A nylon lever handle set with locking mechanism is also available as an option to configure the ease of use and locking function as required.
