Structure and materials
BASIC Type D is a high-quality Restroom Partition System made of formaldehyde-free solid particleboard. The 30 mm-thick panels have a very high bulk density and strength. The surface is finished with a directly applied melamine resin coating that is durable, easy to maintain, and highly resistant.
Edges are protected with sturdy ABS edge banding. Aluminum profiles and elegantly designed hardware ensure a harmonious, durable overall construction. The torsion-resistant top profile guarantees long-lasting stability even under heavy use.
Function and equipment
The handles are available either in shatter-resistant nylon with a metal core or in aluminum with a toilet lock. Alternatively, pull knobs can be installed with self-closing doors.
The partition feet with a stainless steel core feature impact-resistant cover rosettes and a continuously height-adjustable mechanism to compensate for floor slopes of up to 30 mm.
Optional feet include those made entirely of stainless steel, anodized aluminum feet with flat rosettes, or nylon rosettes. The two-roller aluminum edge guides are equipped with maintenance-free bearing bushings.
