Structure and materials
The Heavy Duty Edition is a robust upgrade of the “cell” WC partition family and has been specially developed for extreme loads. The surface is made of aluminum, steel or stainless steel, depending on your choice.
Inside, there is a special three-layer insert made of:
an internal foam core insert
3 mm HPL solid core panels on both sides
the final metal surface
All components are connected to each other in an airtight and moisture-proof manner, so that the entire construction is not only impact and dent-proof, but can also be used in wet rooms without any problems.
Function and stability
The extremely robust design reliably protects the partition wall against vandalism and mechanical impact. The doors are supported by solid, anti-unhinge three-roller edge hinges, which are maintenance-free and guarantee a long service life. The integrated whisper locks ensure quiet, gentle closing and contribute to increased privacy in the washroom.
Possible applications and variants
The Heavy Duty Edition can be designed for the entire system or only for areas subject to particular stress, such as doors. The robust metal-HPL composite construction makes the system ideal for public facilities, railroad stations, schools, leisure pools or all areas where the highest possible resistance is required.

Depending on the design, system heights of up to 2,800 mm are possible. Floating optics with recessed feet and stabilizers can also be implemented.

There is a choice of different metal surfaces made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel as well as resistant special coatings. The 7-year KEMMLIT functional guarantee on all relevant functional parts and fittings also applies to classiccell Heavy Duty. This ensures long-term safety of use even under extreme stress.
Yes. The heavy-duty inserts in classiccell Heavy Duty do not necessarily have to be installed in the entire WC cubicle system. On request, they can be used specifically and individually only in particularly stressed elements.

- Heavy-duty inserts in doors and front wall sections,
- Heavy-duty inserts in front wall sections only,
- or a combination of standard and heavy-duty elements within a system.
This means that the increased protection can be used exactly where it is required in daily operation – for example in heavily frequented passageways or areas at risk of vandalism. At the same time, the system remains cost-effective and flexible in terms of design.
The elements equipped with heavy-duty inserts are selected on a project-specific basis during the planning phase and are individually tailored to the use, load and budget.
Our products can be flexibly adapted to the desired structural conditions. Heights of up to 2800 mm can be realized, as well as side walls with a maximum width of 1600 mm. A floor-to-ceiling design is also possible on request, so that individual room solutions can be easily implemented.
The installation of on-site accessories on partition walls or doors is generally possible, provided that appropriate reinforcing inserts are provided. It is important that this requirement is agreed with the responsible consultant during the planning phase so that the construction can be designed accordingly.
