Structure of the Flameguard variant

 

PRIMO F Flameguard is based on a composite structure with a total thickness of approx. 30 mm and a PVC frame filled with mineral wool (Rockwool). The front and back are covered with HPL panels, creating a closed, robust surface. This specific structure is described in the test and classification documents as the underlying product and forms the basis for the reported fire behavior values.

Fire behavior and classification

 

PRIMO F Flameguard has undergone documented reaction to fire tests in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2 and EN 13823, among others. Based on this evidence, the product was classified in accordance with EN 13501-1 and classified as B-s2, d0. This makes the Flameguard variant a suitable solution for construction projects in which a defined fire classification is required and the choice of material is to be secured accordingly.
