Structure and materials
PRIMO F has a 30 mm thick composite construction consisting of an internal plastic frame and a polystyrene inner insert. 3 mm thick HPL panels in various decors are glued over the entire surface on both sides. This combination ensures high stability, moisture resistance and an easy-care surface.
The smooth and rebated design ensures a high-quality appearance, while the beautifully milled edges add an additional finishing touch to the system. Cables for electrical connections can be concealed within the elements – ideal for modern sanitary facilities with integrated technology.

PRIMO F is made from 30 mm HPL sandwich elements. This material is completely waterproof, extremely durable and particularly easy to clean. HPL is ideal for long-term use and impresses with its long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.
Yes. Thanks to the waterproof HPL sandwich elements, PRIMO F is suitable for dry rooms as well as wet and damp rooms. The system is therefore often used in swimming pools, spas and campsites.
PRIMO F is flexibly configurable. Depending on the version, standard heights, increased system heights and room-high closed solutions up to 2800 mm can be realized. Different cabin types, door variants and add-on elements can also be implemented on a project-specific basis.
PRIMO F is designed for intensively used sanitary areas and impresses with its stable construction, resistant surfaces and high-quality hardware technology. As a result, the system offers a high level of operational reliability with daily use.
However, we recommend our systems made of 13 mm HPL solid core panels or our CELL heavy-duty systems, which have been specially developed for extreme loads, for areas particularly at risk of vandalism.
PRIMO F offers a wide range of color, decor and design options. In addition to our 16 best-selling colors and 20 trend colors, special colors, individual print motifs and profiles in all RAL colors are also possible. This allows the system to be optimally adapted to architecture and corporate design.
Yes. PRIMO F can be planned and implemented barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040-1. This includes adapted cabin dimensions, door widths, special fittings and the integration of barrier-free equipment details.
The smooth and closed surfaces of the HPL sandwich elements are particularly hygienic and easy to clean. Soiling can usually be removed with mild cleaning agents. This makes PRIMO F ideal for areas with high hygiene requirements.
Yes. PRIMO F can optionally be fitted with soft-close hinges. This option is available for all lock solutions with a single-bolt lock, for example in combination with our pull knob or the elegant handle bar.
Thanks to the soft-close function, the doors close almost silently, which increases user comfort and at the same time protects the material, fittings and surroundings.
Yes. PRIMO F is an efficient alternative to classic drywall partition walls. The system requires less construction space, can be dismantled, is quicker to install and is much easier to maintain. As a result, valuable space reserves can be gained and long-term operating costs reduced.
