Structure and materials
PRIMO Kn is based on a highly stable 42 mm composite construction. Door and wall elements have a smooth surface and are rebated. The all-round aluminum frame provides a high-quality look and additional stability.
Inside the elements, a PU construction reinforces the system and prevents warping, even during intensive use. The HPL surface is waterproof, easy to clean and has a special coating that significantly increases scratch and abrasion resistance – ideal for demanding wet rooms.
Function and stability
PRIMO Kn is equipped with solid three-roller edge hinges with a stainless steel axle for maximum durability. The robust fitting technology fits perfectly with the 42 mm thick composite construction and contributes to the particularly high stability of the system.
The WC partition wall can be designed in different versions:
Standard version: Feet and stabilizer in the front.
Stand-optimized version: feet in the partition walls for a lighter, modern look.
Floating impression: recessed stabilizer for an open appearance.
Room-high closed solution: doors, front and partition walls closed from floor to ceiling.

PRIMO KN is a high-quality WC partition wall system for public and commercial sanitary facilities where the focus is on design, feel and comfort as well as functionality. Typical areas of application include office and administration buildings, schools, universities, hotels, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities and modern public buildings.
PRIMO KN is made from 42 mm HPL sandwich elements. These consist of a stable carrier board with HPL coating on both sides. The result is a dimensionally stable, durable and easy-care structure that also allows for a wide variety of designs.
PRIMO KN is very well suited for dry rooms and rooms subject to normal levels of moisture. For permanently wet or highly humid areas such as swimming pools or spas, however, we recommend our systems made of HPL solid core boards.
PRIMO KN can be planned flexibly. Depending on the design, standard heights, increased system heights and room-high closed solutions up to 2,800 mm can be realized. Different cabin types, door variants and add-on elements can be implemented on a project-specific basis.
PRIMO KN is designed for regularly and intensively used sanitary areas and offers a high level of operational reliability thanks to its sturdy construction and high-quality fittings.
However, for areas of use that are extremely prone to vandalism, we recommend our systems made from 13 mm HPL solid core panels or our CELL heavy-duty systems, which have been specially developed for the highest loads.
PRIMO KN offers a wide range of design options. In addition to our 16 best-selling colors and 20 trend colors, special colors, individual print motifs and profiles in all RAL colors are also possible. This means that PRIMO KN can be optimally integrated into architectural and corporate design concepts.
Yes. PRIMO KN can be planned and implemented barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040-1. This includes adapted cabin dimensions, appropriate door widths, suitable fittings and the integration of barrier-free equipment details.
The closed, smooth surfaces of the HPL sandwich elements are hygienic, resistant and easy to clean. As a rule, mild cleaning agents are sufficient to reliably remove soiling. This makes PRIMO KN ideal for sanitary areas with high hygiene requirements.
Yes. PRIMO KN can be optionally equipped with soft-close hinges. These are available for all lock solutions with a single-bolt lock, for example in combination with our pull knob or handle bar.
This means that the doors close almost silently, which increases convenience and protects the material and fittings.
Yes. PRIMO KN is a functional and economical alternative to floor-to-ceiling drywall partitions. The system requires less construction space, can be dismantled, is quicker to install and is much easier to maintain. This allows valuable space reserves to be gained and long-term operating costs to be reduced.
